Thank you for visiting Hawaii HIE, the state-designated health information exchange.

HHIE makes available critical real-time data on a patient’s medical history, combined from multiple care settings, to providers at the point of care, allowing them to be more fully informed and to make better care decisions in the moment of care.

System Status 

Datacenter Network Maintenance Schedule for 2026:

Maintenance patches to the hosted PROD environment begin at 5:00 p.m. HST each third Tuesday of each month. As a result, our CHR PROD environment will be unavailable for approximately 6 hours.

No other issues to report at this time.
