Notes:

1. Board meetings are scheduled on the third (3rd) Wednesday of every other month from 9:00am – 10:30am.

2. All meetings are held in the HHIE Office Hafa Adai Conference Room, unless otherwise specified. Board members may also call: 432‐9090 Code: 64443# to participate in the meeting.

3. HHIE’s Annual Meeting is held in July.

4. Special Board Meetings (bold) may be scheduled as necessary with at least two (2) days written notice by mail or email.

5. *In observance of Hawai‘i HIE holidays, the Board meetings will take place the following business day on Wednesday, unless otherwise advised.
